Delivery UK:

Delivery within the UK is Free across all items unless stated otherwise.

I use Royal Mail 1st class on all orders which you will need to sign for on receipt.

Your order should be with you within 1-3 working days from being dispatched and taking weekends and public holidays in to account.

If you have not received you parcel within the estimated time after the item has been dispatched. Please contact me at david@sowk.co.uk

Delivery International:

The standard price will usually be £10 on all orders outside of the UK.

Depending on which country you are in. I either use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed or Signed for services.

For countries that the tracked services is unavailable for, I will not be able to track your parcel and all orders are placed at the customers own risk.

SOWK shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the method of shipping.

Please allow up to 10-20 days after your order has been dispatched, but in some cases this can take longer.

Note: You may be responsible to pay import duty and taxes on international orders, which may result in customs delays of your order. SOWK have no control over these charges or delays. I suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional info.

Returns:

All my carry goods are made to stand the test of time and with minimal maintenance needed.

However should you experience a manufacturing fault, I will offer repairs on all items bought within one year of the purchase date.

This will not include wear and tear, patina, polish, marks, scratches and blemishes, these are all normal and part of the beautiful natural ageing process of all vegetable tanned leathers.
